A manual procedure in RMMC which i want to be computerize to help those students and employees.

A manual procedure here in RMMC which I prefer to computerize is the way they check the bags or luggages of students and employees. I change it to a x-ray machine.

X-ray machines are used to screen objects non-invasively. Luggage is examined for possible bombs and weapons. These X-ray machine utilizes electromagnetic radiation to produce an image of an object, usually with the purpose of visualizing something located below the object's surface. The machine is made up of an X-ray source or X-ray tube, an x-ray detection system, and positioning hardware to align these two components with the object to be imaged.

A high technology invention help those students and employees in RMMC in examining if there is illegal weapons and bombs which threatened their life. Nowadays, it is not impossible that those people who don't have love to their fellowmen will make a move to kill innocent people.
Through this invention, we can easily detect possible harmful objects for the good of students and employees of RMMC.

- with the aid of MIS, the users can obtain and use much computing power, that they may use to make their work not hard to do.

3. Resistance to the implementation of energing MIS is subsiding.
- MIS implementation are long term and its resistance is high enough to perform its functions in the firm. it's quite expensive but its very worth it.

4. Connectivity.
- MIS can furnish and supply a lot of information to the users. They can access information in many forms and update themselves with the current issues and events that was happening around them.

5. MIS is becoming one of the primary means of increasing productivity.
- MIS envelope all modern technologies, procedures, system, and etc. Therefore, it can help a lot to increase the productivity of employees. It is a primary means of increasing the potentials and enhancing their attitudes in a positive way.

6. Companies are using MIS as a competitive strategy.
- Most of the companies use MIS as the best competitive strategy because the company can conduct research in their competitors products, systems,practices and strategies. through these, they can have an advantage to their competitors.

7. MIS is becoming integral to the decision- making process.
- In decision making- process, MIS plays an important role. It influences the decisions of managers and businessman, whether tough or ease. With its help, the better and good decisions are implemented and made.

8. The end user is becoming the focus of MIS activity.
- through all the benefits that the MIS can give, the end user are the most benefitted because they are the center of MIS activities.

Moreover, learn and adaptation of business practices and systems that are fitted and suitable to your firm. Nevertheless, linkages and bench marks will do. Example, observing keenly and visiting the places and firms of your competitors and take note of what you have discovered and explored. keep in mind that the info you have brought are beneficial. The most striking idea about MIS is that it is very useful or important in our day to day living, for it makes the work easier and faster. Me, as a student should be IT oriented for it is very useful if i start working to a company. Now, i must be expose to different information that link to MIS.
