Research one multinational corporation. Identify and describe how their subsidiaries are managed and how technology has assisted them in their corporate and/or local operations. Further, identify one Philippine company that has gone worldwide and describe their strategies.
Evaluate the strategies of foreign companies with that of Philippine corporations.

As I observed, the strategies of foreign companies are prone and exposed to modern technologies. They seems to be dependent on it. As a result, they can analyzed and evaluate the market. They can apply new strategies with the demand of the situation. Besides, foreigners are mold in early age regarding the business world. Their trainings and programs to their employees are more appropriate and suited to become skillful.
In the contrary, Philippine strategies, are only focusing in a particular market. If not all, most of the businesses are only looking forward for a limited market. But somehow, other ventures are tend to expand their market worldwide. Modern facilities and technologies may used recently according to reality.
